Whenever I met people on my journey—at tea stalls, village squares, city crossroads—I would pause and share what I had learned about living lightly on the Earth. I spoke about simple choices: carrying a cloth bag, reusing containers, refusing single-use plastic, and respecting nature’s balance. These conversations often began as casual chats and blossomed into meaningful exchanges that reminded me how open people are to change when the message is heartfelt.
Questions That Inspire
In every school I visited, I held question- and-answer sessions with students. Their curiosity was profound: How does plastic harm the soil? What can we use instead? How can we protect rivers and trees? These sessions became my favorite part of the journey—moments when young minds lit up with awareness and hope. I left each institution with gratitude, knowing that knowledge shared multiplies, creating ripples that travel farther than any bicycle ever could
Learning Together in Institutions
As I traveled across India, I reached out to school and college management teams, requesting permission to engage with students about eco-friendly living. Many institutions welcomed me warmly, offering their assembly halls, classrooms, and open courtyards as spaces to share ideas. The Sudarshan Sanchari Foundation was born not in a boardroom, but on the dusty roads of distant villages — where children walk miles to school, where dreams sleep on empty stomachs, and where forgotten communities wait for a voice. As a nomadic cyclist witnessing these truths firsthand, I began this foundation to build bridges where walls once stood. Our work spans rural education, environmental awareness, and social support. From constructing classrooms to creating India’s first Cycle Bank for students, every project we carry is driven by compassion, sustainability, and action. This is not charity — it is shared responsibility. Through every kilometer I pedal, and every hand that joins mine, we are shaping a world where opportunity travels as far as I do.
