Cancellation & Refund Policy

1) Order Cancellation

  • Same-day cancellation: You can cancel your order on the same day of purchase before it is shipped

  • After shipping: Orders cannot be cancelled once marked as “Shipped”

  • How to cancel: Email us at sudarshansanchari@gmail.com with your order number

2) Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received

  • Defective product

  • Wrong product delivered

Return Requirements:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product must be in original packaging

  • Provide photos of the issue

  • Include order number and proof of purchase

3) Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used essential oil products (for hygiene and safety reasons)

  • Products damaged by normal use

  • Items without original packaging

4) Refund Process

  • Returns are inspected upon receipt

  • Approved refunds processed within 7 business days

  • Refunds issued to original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless product was defective

6) Processing Time

  • Return inspection: 2-3 business days after we receive the item

  • Refund processing: 7 business days after approval

  • Bank posting time may vary

  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs unless item was defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using trackable shipping methods
