Cancellation & Refund

1. Order Cancellation

• Same-day cancellation: You may cancel your order on the day of purchase, provided it has not yet been shipped
• After shipping: Orders cannot be cancelled once marked as "Shipped"
• How to cancel: Email info@sudarshansanchari.com with your order number as soon as possible

2. Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• Damaged product received
• Defective product
• Wrong product delivered

Return Requirements

• Report within 48 hours of delivery
• Product must be unused and in its original packaging
• Provide clear photos of the issue
• Include your order number and proof of purchase

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
• Products damaged due to normal wear or misuse
• Items returned without original packaging

4. Refund Process

• Returns are inspected upon receipt (2–3 business days)
• Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrectly sent

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return delivery
